These terms apply to the use of the GetParts website and to every order placed through it. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies.

GetParts is an independent seller of HP replacement parts. HP is a trademark of HP Inc. and is used only to describe the parts and the products they fit.

We list each part with its HP part number and the HP models it fits, in good faith and based on the best information available. Model names alone can cover different hardware, so please compare the SPS / spare part number on your original part with the number on the product page. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering. Product photos may be representative and can differ slightly from the part you receive.

• Prices, stock and shipping options depend on the country you select and are shown in that country's currency.
• Applicable tax and shipping are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
• Stock levels are updated continuously; a part is only reserved for you once your payment is confirmed.
• To keep stock fair for everyone, a maximum of 20 units per part may apply to a single order.
• If a price or stock error occurs, we will contact you and offer a corrected order or a full refund.

We may cancel an order — with a full refund — if a part is unexpectedly unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if a payment is suspected to be fraudulent.

Computer parts must be handled with care. Use anti-static precautions, follow the manufacturer's service guidance, and disconnect power and the battery before installation. We recommend installation by a qualified technician.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or handling, or for loss of data — always back up your data before servicing a computer. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or abuse of the website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
